We collect and process the following data:
To generate website reviews, we send crawl data (screenshots, page metadata, performance metrics) and your chat messages to third-party AI providers. Depending on configuration, we use one of the following:
Data sent to these providers includes website crawl results and chat messages. We do not send your email address or payment information to AI providers. Please review their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle data.
We use Mailgun to send magic link emails for authentication. Your email address is shared with Mailgun for this purpose. See Mailgun's Privacy Policy.
We use Matomo, a self-hosted analytics platform, to understand how our website is used. Matomo is hosted on our own infrastructure, meaning your analytics data is not shared with third parties. Matomo respects "Do Not Track" browser settings.
Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. When you purchase credits, you are redirected to Stripe's checkout. We receive confirmation of payment and your email — we never see or store your card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. Matomo may set analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Our server automatically collects access logs that may include your IP address, browser user agent, requested URLs, and timestamps. These logs are used for security monitoring, debugging, and abuse prevention. They are stored on our server and are not shared with third parties.
When a website is roasted, the domain name may appear on our website and in search engine results as part of our domain landing pages. Only the domain name is indexed — individual roast sessions are not publicly listed unless you explicitly mark them as public. You can make a session private again at any time from your dashboard.
Your data is stored in a SQLite database on our server. Screenshots are stored on the server filesystem. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties beyond the service providers listed above.
